BREAKING UP the Habit of Nighttime Eating

It may just be me, but I've noticed that, when I eat at night, after 7 pm, ESPECIALLY if it's 'not-so-healthy' or 'junk' food, I #1 Do not sleep as well and #2 I feel sluggish the next day.

This video highlights a morning where I got up at 5, geared up for the cold and got out for a run. It.. Felt.. Great!! The key here is that we had dinner at 6:30 and the I didn't eat the rest of the night.. just water.

As with all Habits, this is going to take about 100 days, consecutively, of Consistency and Discipline. As Winter turns into Spring, I do believe I can create some awesome momentum!
